I have a long standing love for bees and carbohydrates. I’ve combined my love for the two.

Honey and Buttermilk Bread Recipe

What you’ll need:

1 package yeast

1/2 cup warm water

3 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup buttermilk

4 tablespoons honey

What you’ll need to do:

Combine water and yeast and let sit for 10 minutes. Stir in salt, honey, and buttermilk. Gradually stir in flour. Knead for about 10 minutes. Let sit, covered, for about an hour. Grease a bread loaf pan and place bread inside. Cover and let sit for another hour. Preheat oven to 375 and cook for about 30 minutes.
